If you have recently gone through a break up, and you wish you could have your ex back, then there are some things that you can do to get that special person back. If you are sitting their sulking about what just happened…. then stop. That is not going to help you get your ex back in any way. In fact it will do just the opposite, by making them think you are weak.
If you are trying to get your ex back then you are going to need to show them exactly why they got with you in the first place. If you walk around looking like a sad puppy, then you can expect them to like you even less. This is especially the case if you are a man. Women like strong and confident men, they do not want to be around someone who is constantly feeling sorry for themselves. It is simply just not attractive, to anyone. Likewise if you are a female, you should try not to come off as being clingy because this will also turn off men as well.
If you want your ex back, you are going to have to get yourself back first. This means getting out of the house and showing your ex that you are not destroyed by the situation. You need to show them that you will move on and you are strong, and that any person would love to be with you. This does not mean that you should never talk to them again. It simply means you need to show them you are self sufficient.
If you act like a sad puppy and leave 20 messages per day on their phone, you will probably be laughed at and ridiculed by your ex and all of their friends. If you do this, you may succeed in one thing, and that is getting the to change their number and never talk to you again.
