How Can I Get My Ex Back Without Going Crazy?

When you get been dumped, the first thing that goes through your mind is how can I get back what I just lost. It can then become an obsession that leads you to foolish behavior and the death of any chance at reconciliation.

Getting dumped makes you feel bad enough without the shame and embarrassment of your actions when your heart is broken and your thoughts are cloudy. I know, because I have been dumped and acted foolishly afterward.

The question is, “How can I get my ex back”. The answer is you need a plan. You need to know which buttons to push. More importantly, you need to know when NOT to push any buttons at all.

Take it from experience, the plans you make with a broken heart can cause you more pain than the psychological nuclear bomb you just experienced. You need to hear the voice of reason to avoid mistakes.

First, you should decide if you really want the person back. That is an individual choice. Do you really love this person, or are you just suffering from the rejection of someone you let get close to you?

I was watching Two and a Half Men the other day. Alan wanted to break up with his girlfriend and when he finally got her to a place where he could do it, she dumped him first. He wanted out, but went nuts over her rejection anyway.

Before you start out on the journey to winning back your ex, make sure you really want them back to begin with. Don’t think about all the things you will miss. Consider the annoyances you have been relieved of instead.

If you decide you want your ex back, it can be done. Sound advice and positive action is needed. But don’t wait too long because there is a time when it is too late to do anything about it.

Get the facts now.

Letting Go of the Past? Hurt No Longer!

There is a saying that states: “you can not miss something that you never had”. This must be the reason why it is not uncommon for most people to have an obsession with their ex’s. Most of us have difficulty to let go of the relationship, the person and the past.

Previous relationships and past girlfriends or boyfriends can be very depressing and sad. There is a lot of mental tension and turmoil that goes on. But how you take the whole subject depends completely on you. If it is combined with embarrassment, it only becomes worse.

What happened or who did what is not important anymore. Just forget about it, forgive them and get on with your normal life. You should not have any expectations either from life or future and just take each day as it comes by.

Most of us is privileged not to experience this misery often, this contributing to the fact that in most cases we do not know how to behave and to face the circumstances. The following comments may help you to let go and go on:

Cry all you need to cry. Tears cause a chemical process that allows us to heal our hearts faster. Do not suppress your sorrow and depressed feelings or emotions.

Look for ways to get over the sorrow like God and beliefs. This may make you traditional and superstitious, but its worth trying. Keep your heart open, do not close the doors and keep grieving inside. This way you are making it hard for yourself.

At this time of your life, you are important, focus on you as a person and eliminate other things out of your life. Look for happiness in your inner self rather than in the outside world.

You may become successful in blocking your agony for some time, but it may come back to you again. So be prepared and when it comes back, kick it back. Look at the bright side of life and enjoy your current life.

Its godly to forgive and its best to forgive the other person. Forgiveness and being generous in your dealings is the best way to get out of your pain.
